5:30 AM - Boarding: Make your way to the dock at the Plaza Beach & Dive Resort Marina and come aboard our elegant catamaran. The still waters and gentle rocking will prepare you for a serene morning on the water.

6:00 AM - Sunrise Sail: Behold the awe-inspiring display as the sun ascends, bathing the calm sea in a radiant, golden light. Join Kelly Livingston, our accredited yoga instructor from Fit for Life Athletics, for a rejuvenating yoga session on deck. Synchronize with the ocean's harmonious cadence and discover tranquillity as you engage in deep stretches and breathe in the salty air.

7:30 AM - Swim, Snorkel, and Onboard Massage: After yoga, treat yourself to an invigorating massage onboard by Marjolijn and Carolina of Massage Bonaire. Experience the release of all tension under the expertise of their hands, revitalizing you thoroughly. Following your aquatic activities and massage, a sumptuous, nutritious breakfast awaits. Choose from an array of individual servings, including homemade granola with yogurt, assorted fresh fruits, pumpkin pancakes, avocado crostinis, salmon, egg salad, fresh juice, and your choice of coffee or tea.
